Noémie left her native Champagne-Ardennes region to earn her Master's degree in FLE (French as a Foreign Language) from the Sorbonne in Paris, where she also completed an internship at the American University of Paris. She then worked as a French assistant in primary and secondary schools in Dundee. before moving to Serbia to teach French in a school and work with the Institut Français in Belgrade. Before moving to Jersey in August 2021, she worked for two years at the Institut Français of Stuttgart, in Germany.

When she is not at the Alliance, you'll find Noémie clutching a karaoke microphone, or reading a book. She also loves hiking and travelling.
